That's my promise to PETA. I went to Fairfax High this afternoon to cover this new ad campaign for PETA. Also, I'm a big Andy Dick fan.
Unfortunately, I forgot to bring my DAT recorder so was unable to actually speak with anyone on record. Very unprofessional of me.
A friend who helped organize the event said she thought it was successful. It attracted a lot of concerned students. Said one young activist, "Where the camera at?" I'm sure he wanted to share his outrage with the local news. I think the camera crew had left before he had a chance to voice his concern.
Still busy. I'm clearly getting lax with my blog posting.

I've got some Andy Dick stories that I really shouldn't share here. They aren't my stories directly, but people I know. The dude is creepy.
I know you were there covering PETA for the show. PETA makes me sick. For example, they are known sponsors of domestic terrorism.

It's Fan-tone!
So is "cut class not frogs" the new ad campaign? I certainly hope not because I just got my frog skin Chuck Taylors off eBay and they were NOT CHEAP.
Andy Dick is a nut. I also suspect he is Kathy Griffin because you never see the two of them in the same place at the same time.
This may be as close as we ever get to seeing Laura in actual hardcore porn.
Still, when we said we wanted to see Laura with a Dick, this is not what we had in mind.
Ew... thanks Sean for pointing that out. I never really read anything from those sites until I made this post so my original opinions weren't based on them. They were mainly based on my sister's real experiences with PETA, the Penn and Teller Bullshit episode, and just the trail of obnoxious self serving celebs that they employ. Plus meat is tasty.
I should know not to trust any organization who's name is a description of how they want me to feel about them. Such as "The Center of Well Meaning People for Stuff You Should Care About".
Well, look at it this way--what if you'd brought your DAT recorder and just left it on the ground somewhere? Maybe you came out ahead.
I won't always be there to help you forget it.
