Video Links and Other Stuff

Very tired right now. I take off tomorrow for Bodega Bay and instead of packing my suitcase, I've spent the last two hours cleaning the house so when I return in about a week, it's nice and clean.

This week has been very busy, choc full o' holiday parties, the latest being the big LTN bash last night at Basque. I'm proud to say that I was able to moderate my intake of alcohol so as not to have a raging headache today. I have learned from last week's excesses that less is often better.

Since I'm out of town this Saturday, we taped Weezy and the Swish this evening. Bobby Slayton, the "Pit Bull of Comedy", was our guest. Weezy and I didn't really have to do much because he did 95 percent of the talking. If you listen to the podcast (should go up in a couple of days), feel free to leave comments about it on Bobby's site. He's convinced that only friends and relatives of ours are the only people who will hear it. Little does he know we've got tens of tens of listeners. So, please, flood him with emails. I can say with complete certainty that this is the "bluest" podcast we've done and Weezy is called unspeakable names. I highly recommend it.

Ummm, over at "Rough Cut LA" there are some video links recently posted that feature me being me. You can view them by clicking below. I wanted to try and start a new thing where we have people review movie trailers instead of the actual movies. Not sure this idea will catch on or not. In any case, you can see my reviews online.

I am now going to go to bed. G'night.

My "coverage" of the Festival of Lights at Griffith Park.

My "review" of the movie trailer for "Wolf Creek."

My "review" of the movie trailer to "The Ringer".

Say hi to yer mum for me. Say, "There's this bleeding-heart guy from the interweb who says 'hi.' Do you have anything to say back to him? No? Yeah, me neither."

Also, I told you that you can be funny when you try.

Wow, was this blog written by Weezy? It's kinda rare that Laura posts something with such a low amount of sarcasm in it...

Well, I kinda like it.

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays to all of the people who read this.

And I can't wait to see what the "Pitbull of Comedy" has to say about W&TS.

P.S. I do hope you actually asked him if I could go out with his daughter; it would be funny to hear the reaction.

May your dominant deity look favorable upon your life and may you all be well in the coming year!
